Welcome to OK Rewards! These Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OK Rewards Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the OK Rewards mobile application ("App") and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2.1. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, phone number, birthday, and location.

2.2. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. User Data and Privacy

3.1. We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.okrewards.ph/privacy-policy.

3.2. We use Segment to collect user app behavior and user information for personalization and in-app data. User data will not be made public.

4. User Obligations

4.1. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, exploiting, abusive behavior, and any actions that violate the rights of others.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1. Users may submit content, including comments and reviews. We reserve the right to use, modify, or remove user-generated content for any reason.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

6.1. Accounts may be suspended or disabled due to violations of these Terms of Use, including bad behavior, exploitation, hacking, or abuse.

6.2. Users with suspended or disabled accounts may contact support@okrewards.ph for assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Users may use App content, provided that it is not used for malicious purposes or altered in any way.

8.1. The App may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes or legal actions related to this Agreement shall be governed by INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW and resolved through arbitration or legal action as appropriate.

10.1. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any changes via email.
